Description:
This course will help you improve your interpersonal and self-management skills based on the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) – popularized by Isabel Myers, who drew upon the works of Carl Jung. This training provides individuals with heightened self-awareness and options for self-improvement. In the team setting, it provides a common vocabulary for dealing with differences, needs, expectations, and conflict. Self-knowledge through the MBTI helps team increase productivity and achieve best results. Participants will take the MBTI prior to the training.
